I know I have been a little M.I.A lately, but I haven’t felt inspired to write. I am not sure why… writer’s block? Who knows…I do however, have some content coming up about a new voxbox I got.
In the spirit of my birthday, I decided to share with you 27 things I have learned through the years.
Today I decided to show you what I eat in a day, but first, let us talk about my lifestyle/diet. My number one goal when it comes to food is to have a good/healthy relationship with food. I do not believe in diets. If you read my previous post about my fitness update, you would know that I have been trying to be more active and to eat healthier. About three weeks ago, I decided to cut meat out of my diet again. I say again because I used to be a pescatarian. I started to eat meat again about two years ago while in college. As you may know, you need to dedicate a lot of time to follow a diet that is not the “standard American diet”. In order words, I took the easy way out.
Today I wanted to share with you a new place that my friend and I got to try in the city. The place is called Ladurée Paris and we went to the Soho location in NYC. I promise you that this place is magical and soooooo Instagram-worthy lol. It is unfortunately on the pricey side, but once in a blue moon will not break your pocket.
I would like to share some of my favorite health and fitness products. Most of these products I found while browsing the internet or while watching YouTube videos. As you guys may already know, I am trying to include more natural/ good for you foods and products into my diet.
I don’t know about you guys, but I love going to brunch. Seriously, there’s no better way to spend time with friends and catch up. For the past couple of Sundays, I have been trying new places in the city (NYC). My friend currently lives upstate and came down to visit her family in the city.
