Fall Makeup Haul!

Hello Loves,

First of all, Happy First Day of Fall!

Fall is my favorite season. Therefore, I decided to start a mini Fall series on my blog. If you would like to be a part of it, please use the #Fallingwithkey. In this series, I want to talk about my favorite Fall pieces, makeup, skin care products as well as my fashion staples and lifestyle. Today, as you guys can see I decided to show you my recent purchases from Sephora and Colourpop for this Fall.

As you may know, Rihanna came out with a new makeup line. I was really excited to go check it out and ended up buying her Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer. I am not going to lie, this lip gloss is quite expensive, but what I like is that it is not sticky and it does not make your lips look greasy shine. It gives you the perfect amount of shine and it does not feel uncomfortable on your lips. I also tried the foundation, but I was not able to find my “perfect” match. The foundation oxides quite weird. I did, however, swatch some of her highlighters.

I am pretty sure you guys are familiar with this next item since it’s always sold out. I was lucky enough to get my hands on this palette thanks to my friend. For those of you who don’t know this is the Yes Please palette by colourpop

Gimme More! Pressed Powder Highlighter Palette swatches

I believe only two of the eyeshadows in this palette are permanent and the others are only found on this palette. Here is a mini description of each color according to the Colourpop website.

Full-Zip: matte warm ivory
Big Cocktails: matte orange
Champs: matte pale peachy nude
Bling: metallic rust
Louie: metallic duochrome red with a gold flip
Butter Cake: metallic pale yellow gold
Spoiled: matte brick red
Gno: matte burnt orange
Mischief: matte warm yellow
Note to Self: matte warm caramel
Chauffeur: metallic duochrome bright orange with a gold flip
French Kiss: matte deep red brown

Last but not least, I have been looking for a powder foundation for a really long time and after going to a VIB Rouge event I finally found one. One of the girls at Sephora recommend the Smashbox Photo Filter Powder Foundation.

One of the reasons why I really like this foundation is because it does not look cakey on my skin. However, if you have very oily skin I will not recommend this foundation. You will shine like a diamond if you have oily skin.

Thanks for reading!
