Fitness Update 2017

Hello beautiful people,

As you may know, one of my New Year’s resolutions was to workout more and eat healthier. Therefore, I decided to give you guys an update on how I am doing.

My method has been changing the way I eat. I personally CAN’T do diets and  I hate restricting myself from things I like. It’s all about balance.

Oatmeal! Toppings: Flaxseed, coconut flakes, chia seeds and Hemp Seeds

This is an example of one of my breakfast. I try to keep it simple and yummy, while also getting all the nutrients I need.

I have also been drinking more water. 

The minimum amount of water I have been drinking every day is 36 oz. and the max has been 108 oz. I am still trying to be more consistent.

In addition, I started drinking vitamins and eating more protein. When it comes to proteins, I try to do a mix of plant based and animal protein. I also drink Vega Sports protein after my workouts.

As far as workouts, I have been very consistent. I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I also used to go to a Zumba class, but now is just mainly the gym. Overall, I lost 4 pounds and I hope to become more toned.
